Terms of Service
Last updated: 12 September 2026. By using Skylabely you accept the terms below. The service is operated by To The Sky (Malta).
The service
Skylabely processes product feeds and sends them to advertising channels, following the rules you set. The service is in beta: features may change and access is by invitation.
Your account
You are responsible for your credentials and for what is done from your account. You may invite colleagues with different roles; they act on behalf of your organisation.
Your data
Your feed, rules, numbers and connections remain yours. You grant us the right to process them only to deliver the service. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Advertising accounts
When you connect Google Ads or Merchant Center, Skylabely acts in your account only for what you approved in the app (reading numbers, sending products and labels, pausing campaigns if you enabled the protection). You can revoke access at any time.
What you may not do
Use the service for illegal products or content, try to access other customers' data, or deliberately overload the system.
Liability
We do our best to send feeds correctly and on time, but Skylabely is not liable for the decisions of advertising platforms (approvals, rejections, costs) or for indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the last 12 months.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, with prior notice where possible.
